An exceptional feeling of being around like-minded people...women that know they have faults but aren't perfect...we were all just trying to find the tools to work on ourselves with encouragement and love from one another. I see so much outward perfection with messed up insides...the group helped me to exhale, reset, and simply re-adjust.
